The Support Plan.
(also known as a Maintenance Plan) is a month-to-month contract for Werle Creative to provide ongoing services for your website. Ongoing maintenance of your website for backups, updates, licenses, support, security and any edits is crucial to your website’s success. Do to the nature of technology and content management systems, monitoring these aspects is a necessity.

What does the Care Plan cover?
Like any software, your website could be vulnerable to hackers and viruses. Our premium security platforms help protect your site against attacks that can infect and destroy your website. Pair our security platforms with scheduled remote backups and you have everything in place to ensure your website is secure. If anything were to happen, your remote backups will have your site back up and running in no time.
Website & Database Backups.
Included in your care plan are scheduled remote backups. Rarely does the technology behind your website cause an issue, but should anything go wrong, we can have your site back up and running in no time.
Most content management systems (CMS), especially open-sourced software like WordPress, are frequently updated for functionality and security. While these updates happen sporadically, Werle Creative will download and install updates once a month (excluding crucial security updates, which will be installed as they become available). Updates will include any 3rd party plugins, software or applications.
Building a WordPress website requires professional plugins and tools, some of which require purchased licenses. Werle Creative will maintain these professional licenses, upgrades, and costs for the duration that the client participates, and remains in good standing of Werle Creative’s website support plan. If a client chooses to stop participating in a website support plan, the licenses for these plugins will be removed from your website but you will retain the functionality of the plugins up to the date the license was removed and the cost of any licenses will be the sole responsibility of the client. For more information on what plugins you have and where they can be purchased, please email [email protected]. This is not limited to plugins and may extend to third-party services. It’s possible not ALL of your licenses will be covered under your maintenance plan. If Werle Creative has purchased a license that is for your use only we will inform you of what the renewal fees will be, otherwise assume we have it all covered.
Our Support Care Plan members will receive access to a Google Analytics dashboard. Google Analytics allow you to track the usage of your website including visits, page views, demographics, traffic acquisition, and much more.
It is likely that as time goes by you will want to make changes to your website. Werle Creative’s hourly rate to make changes is $120.00 per hour. Support Plan members will have access to “30-Minute-Tasks” every month as outlined in your support plan contract. This could include copy change, edits to photographs, or any other website change that can be done in 30 minutes or less. Any request that goes beyond the 30-minute cap will be billed at a discounted hourly rate of $75 per hour.
What your Support Plan does NOT cover.
Any edit your page that requires more than 30 minutes. Support Plan members receive a discounted hourly rate of $75 per hour for any work that takes longer than 30 minutes. Support plans do not include any graphic design, which may include but is not limited to the creation of printed materials, logos, or other designs and will be billed at our hourly rate of $120.00 per hour. The Support Plan does not cover any social media management, directory listings (such as Google, Yahoo, Yelp, etc), ongoing Search Engine Optimization monitoring and strategy. Domain registration is not included in your care package. Domains are typically registered annually. We can handle that fee and registration for you, but you will be billed accordingly. Our support plans do not cover hosting, which is an additional fee of $35/month. We prefer all of our client's host on Werle Creative's highspeed SSD Servers. Our servers are some of the fastest in the industry and have 99.9% uptime. If a client chooses to host elsewhere, Werle Creative will audit the current hosting environment and provide any recommendations.
Werle Creative, LLC does not warrant that the functions contained in these web pages or the Internet website will meet the client's requirements or that the operation of the web pages will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the web pages and website is with the client. In no event will WC be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these web pages or website, even if WC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
In our proposals for website projects we offer three options to secure your legal policies. 1. Use our legal partner, Termageddon, to auto-generate your policies and we will implement them for you. 2. You supply your own policies and we implement them for you. 3. You will handle your policies.
No matter what you decide to do with your website, we encourage every client to have privacy policies to help protect your business online. In most states and countries, legal policies are required.
Your Support Plan invoice will be automatically issued on the same day every month. The invoice is due upon receipt. After 15 days of non-payment, you will receive a notice of past-due invoice. After 30 days your hosting account will be shut down and you will have an additional 30 days to ask for a backup of your site. In order to restore service, all outstanding unpaid invoices will be reconciled. Automatic drafts for each month’s bill will be set up. After 90 days late payment you will no longer be eligible for a Support Plan and we will not be required to provide you with a backup of your site. You can request a backup at any time.
